reply notification e-mails and insert comment

Here I go with a new suggestion: when I receive a new notification email with a comment from a ticket/task, I would like to be able to answer it (by mail) and that mailed answer be inserted in the comment for that ticket/task and therefore, a new e-mail will be sent to all the people that has to be notified of changes in that ticket/task. (I saw that feature in Basecamp and Freshdesk)
