Extra fields as read-only for clients

I inserted an extra-field, called hours, on the tickets. This to use as a quoting-field for the chargeable hours on a ticket. Currently the field is, when available, modifiable by all.

It would be nice to have the option to have certain fields only modifable by certain permission groups.

In other words, to disallow clients to lower an editable quoted-hours field ;)

You have to use user groups right to configure access to users
there is access View only own
means users will see only projects where they assigned
