Elements such as the Project status,Project types, Task status as well as many others are completely configurable.

You can easy sort order items and set which items will be default. Also Tasks Status and Tickets Status have status groups like Open/Done/Closed. You can assign several status to one group and on tasks list you can filter tasks by status group.

Also there is Extra Fields for Users, Projects and Tasks. You can add unlimited extra fields
and you can set type for each extra field
like Number, Date, url etc.
