Using Tickets

To start using tickets we have to create Departments. Go to configuration->tickets->departments. We have to assign user to department and it means this user will get notification when tickets will be  added.

Go to configuration->tickets->types where you can configure tickets types

Go to configuration->tickets->status where you can configure tickets status

Go to configuration->users->users groups where you can configure which group allow manage tickets.

We can use tickets by projects also we have page where we can see overall tickets from all projects (see ‘Tickets’ link in header menu)

On ticket page we can create related tasks for this ticket and on task page we can see related ticket.
